EB Winery - Our Wines
All of the wines offered by EB Winery are distinctive and handcrafted.  Beginning with the selection of the best available fruit from some of the premier vineyards in California, our winemaking process uses hands-on, traditional methods blended with the use of modern crushing, de-stemming, and pressing equipment.  Depending on the wine varietal we are crafting, our wine is either pumped into oak barrels or stainless steel tanks to “develop and rest” for a period of time to allow for the wine to develop the distinctiveness of our handcrafted wine. We then work to blend the wine over several months prior to bottling.  Finally the wine is bottled and tasted over the course of the next several months or even years prior to release.  They can be enjoyed immediately or reserved for future enjoyment.

2015 Merlot - Sonoma County

Our grapes are sourced from the heart of Sonoma County and aged for 22 months in one-year old French Oak barrels.  This is a big wine with massive amounts of fruit and a deep ruby purple color.  The wine is full of well-balance tannins.  This wine opens up with black cherry aromas, vanilla flavor and a long delicate finish.
